01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging DokTek for custom software development, web applications, mobile apps, or consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any project-specific Statement of Work (SOW).
02. Scope of Services
DokTek provides custom software engineering, UI/UX design, mobile and web development, AI integrations, and ongoing technical support. Specific project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and payment structures are defined in mutual project agreements.
03. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of full payment for completed development services, all custom source code, design assets, and deliverables created specifically for the client become the exclusive intellectual property of the client, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
04. Client Responsibilities
To ensure project success and timely delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide necessary brand assets, API credentials, and content in a timely manner.
- Participate in scheduled sprint reviews, milestone approvals, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure all materials and third-party tools provided do not infringe on any intellectual property laws.
05. Warranties & Maintenance
DokTek provides a standard bug-fix warranty period following project deployment to ensure deliverables function according to agreed specifications. Extended maintenance, security monitoring, and feature upgrades are covered under dedicated support retainers.
06. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DokTek be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime, third-party API changes, or unauthorized modifications made to the codebase by external parties.
